DPI manufactures smart battery chargers that offer documented advantages such as less battery gassing, less water replacement, fewer battery maintenance hours, less battery heating, less output amperage required and less electric power consumption. While most battery chargers are pre-programmed, which results in either an overcharge or undercharge of the battery, DPI’s technology involves manufacturing each battery charger with a microprocessor. This microprocessor contains sophisticated mathematic calculations or algorithms for determining each battery’s appropriate recharge requirement. As a result, DPI chargers deliver a 100 percent recharging capacity – not the 40 to 70 percent found with most chargers.
